1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Because we operate as a wholesale supplier, returns are allowed only under valid conditions:

2. Time Limit for Return Request
You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the products.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Return Procedure

Once you submit the details, we review and confirm if the issue qualifies.

If approved, you must send the product back in:

Our team inspects the returned product.

After Shipment:
Cancellation is not possible once the courier has picked up the product.

Handcrafted, boutique-style clothing may have minor variations in:

These do not qualify as defects.
Slight color shifts due to screen brightness or lighting also do not qualify for return.
